About Us

Mike Nemer is a Houston‑based energy executive with more than four decades of leadership across refine fuels, crude oil retail power, wholesale brokerage, futures clearing, and renewable energy development. He currently serves as President & CEO of eRENEWABLE, has guided clients on solar installations, EV Charging, BESS, PPAs, VPPAs, microgrids, RNG, energy efficiency, and retail/OTC brokerage strategy. His career includes senior roles at EMEX Utility Group (now Mantis Innovation), EOX/OTC Global, TFS Energy – where he opened their Houston office with wholesale natural gas, power, crude oil and retail electricity, and Amerex Natural Gas—where he led a 52‑broker wholesale natural gas desk—and earlier trading and marketing leadership at Enron and Petroleum Trading & Transport. Nemer began his career managing operations for an independent oil producer in Kansas.

A graduate of The University of Kansas, he has served on the University of Houston’s Global Energy Management Institute Board and the Dean’s Advisory Board. More at LinkedIn

Anne Nemer is a Houston‑based marketing and recruiting professional with deep experience across higher education, energy, and corporate contracting. She is the COO of eRENEWABLE, where she leverages her background in marketing strategy, corporate recruiting, and contract management to support clients in the energy and professional services sectors.

Her career includes roles with Tulane University’s Freeman School, the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business, MXenergy (now Constellation), Optimus LLC, and TCPN, where she led contract reviews, RFP development, corporate outreach, and marketing initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held commercial and scheduling roles with Koch Refining and Enfuels Corporation (an Enron company focused on CNG).

Anne holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Tulsa, a Paralegal Certificate from Rice University, and a Marketing Communications Certificate from the University of Houston.
